Enter your credit card billing information.
Select the services you require on the order form and be sure to review your documents for witnesses. You will need to provide your own witnesses (witnesses cannot be a relative) or we can provide them for you. Just select the number of witnesses you require on the order form. Witnesses must have their government issued photo ID available at the signing.
If your specific document is not listed, then select "Other Documents," and count the total number of notarizations for your documents.
(Example: if you have a "Will," a "Vehicle Vin Verification" (1 Notarization), and a "Parental Consent Form" (1 Notarization), then select "Will," Qty 1; then select "Other Documents: 2 Notarizations" (the Qty automatically defaults to 1).
If you have an I-9 form or a document that only requires a Notary Signature (no notarizations), then select "Other Documents," and count the total number of notary signatures for your documents.
(Example: if you have an "I-9 Form" requiring 1 notary signature, then select "Other Documents: 1 Notarization" (the Qty automatically defaults to 1).
After making your selections for the services required, enter your credit card information and click submit for payment.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order receipt. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE EMAIL IN YOUR INBOX.
Upon payment, you'll be directed to our appointment scheduler to choose a convenient day, time, and location for your mobile notary appointment.

We require a phone number to directly communicate with the signer. The mobile notary will reach out to confirm the appointment with the signer.
All signers must be mentally competent, fully aware, coherent, physically capable, and willing to sign the documents.
